 About us

Afghans Hope Hut Victoria Inc. was created with a simple but powerful purpose: to support, uplift, and empower  families, women, youth, and new arrivals in Victoria. Our journey began from community need—seeing our people struggle with settlement challenges, language barriers, cultural adjustment, racism, and social isolation. We wanted to create a place of hope, belonging, and growth.

Our founder, together with dedicated volunteers, began organizing small gatherings for women, cultural events, children’s activities, and educational workshops. What started as a few informal meetings quickly grew into a meaningful community space where people could learn, connect, and feel supported.

Today, Afghans Hope Hut Victoria Inc. focuses on four main areas:
